has over 20 years of real estate experience. From starting in real estate as an agent to managing her and her husbands Real Estate company. For the last several years Tammy has grown into a position of managing the entire process the buyer experiences with the build job. She keeps the buyer’s files correct, manages their change orders, helps with the color selection process and has been the one source of communication for the buyer during the entire build process. Her talents afford her the ability to communicate with not only the buyer, but the subcontractors, suppliers, the title company and lenders. Tammy has a full comprehension of the new home process allowing her to be a sounding board for the buyer and a solution maker. Tammy is one of the biggest assets of Salt City Construction and will make your experience fun and pleasurable.

John Thornton With over 25 years in the Real Estate industry, John brings extensive experience to Salt City Construction. His experience includes individual home sales, land acquisition, residential and commercial development and project management. He has been part of top producing teams throughout his career. He was a partner in his owner development company and is a certified PMP. With that he has completed numerous projects from the idea stage to the final sales of the completed project. John has a passion to see the big picture and to meet the dreams of the individual home owner to the investor. He is active in the community and sits on the board of directors for Mali Rising and Wheeler Farm foundations.

DeLynn Munford has a life time of construction experience, from working in the dirt at the ground level to managing crews for multi-million dollar commercial buildings. He has worked in many states and outside of the country giving him an international perspective. DeLynn’s strengths are scheduling and thinking outside the box. His ability to see the next phase before its ready helps Salt City Construction stay on schedule and even sometimes save lead time in the construction process. DeLynn is a very social person and loves to share the build experience with the buyer. Many times he will share photos and video on social media to give the buyer the opportunity to share with family and friends without getting in the way of the build of their new home.
